Review:
I really like this place - the dishes are good, classic, high quality. The decor is kind of old school, but fine, a bit cramped, but its nice to sit outside in the summer. The portions are small, which is probably a good thing.

Review:
Saturday 11/21. The maitre'd was incredibly rude and nasty. We arrived for our 6 pm dinner reservation for 8 and 6 of us were there. He immediately gave us a difficult time saying that he can't seat us until all 8 arrived and that he needed the table at 7:30. We told him that we had to be at our event at 7:30 so what is the big deal and that the other 2 lived in Westfield...he went on and on and I just couldn't believe it. He did seat us but honestly, the first impression is lasting. Food was not that great in the grand scheme of things. He must not need the business as he clearly didn't care about customer service. I am going to tell my network to stay away from this restaurant.

I dream about going to The Brick Oven. Most of my experiences have been fine with the staff. Could it be better - sure... But once I had The Tagliolini Verde- there would be nothing that could keep me away.
