Review:
I have never been so mistreated in my life. I have been going to club 118 for about 5 years I have always paid to get purchased drinks, purchased bottles service, minded my business and gone home. This year has just begun they turned the club around made it look beautiful yet it does not hide the fact it is in a bad location. I have had too many incidents there...my first someone stole my pocketbook. I let that slide and continue to go there but this last incident is the last straw. Like I said I have been going to this club a long time and have never had any issues with anyone. I was minding my business and a fight broke out in front of me I tried to get out of the way when I was hit. This non-speaking English old what man hit me. Not only did he hit me but I walked up to him and let him know he should be more careful. To my dismay this guy was nasty to me. I spoke Spanish and understood what he was saying to me in Brazilian. He was nasty and threw me out of the club for his mistake. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS CLUB AND WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THIS INCIDENT. Not only is the club not in safe location but to overcharge for drinks and not be safe and have a worker treat people this way. This is not cool, not cool at all. I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO GO TO 118 LOUNGE IN NEWARK. IT'S NOT SAFE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE.

This place is terrible!!! The bathrooms are dirty, the people who work there are sleazy...there is no class - don't be fooled by the pictures. The drinks are even watered down!!!! I wouldn't recommend it.
